What do tickets cost to see Adam Driver in ‘Hold On To Me Darling’?
Kylo Ren is leaving the dark side and heading to Greenwich Village.
Starting Sept. 24, Oscar-nominated actor Adam Driver — who you may recognize from “Star Wars,” “Marriage Story,” “House of Gucci,” “Ferrari,” “The Last Duel” and countless other films — will star in a revival of Kenneth Lonergan’s “Hold On To Me Darling” at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.
The show, about a fictional country singer named Strings McCrane who moves home to Tennessee after learning of his mother’s untimely passing, will run until Dec. 22.
As of now, the rest of the small ensemble is yet to be announced. When the play was produced at the Linda Gross Theatre in 2016, Timothy Olyphant, Adelaide Clemens and Jenn Lyon toplined the cast.
“Hold On To Me Darling” is Driver’s first onstage role since 2019; he last performed live in “Burn This” alongside Kerri Russell.
For those that want to attend, tickets are available for all 86 upcoming shows at the 299-seat theatre.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find was $135 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Other shows have tickets starting anywhere from $143 to $601 before fees.
