How much are tickets to see System of a Down in San Francisco?

29 years ago, System of a Down made their live debut at The Roxy in Hollywood.

Nearly three decades later, Serj Tankian and co. have leveled up quite a bit.

On Saturday, Aug. 17, the “Toxicity” rockers are slated to headline San Francisco’s first-ever nighttime concert at Golden Gate Park with fellow icons Deftones, The Mars Volta, Viagra Boys and VOWWS.

And, although the band shared that the show was “sold out” back in April on Instagram, last-minute tickets are still available.

At the time of publication, our team found general admission passes going for as low as $208 including fees on Vivid Seats.

VIP passes are a bit pricier; they start at $700.

While that may sound expensive, when you take into account how rarely SoaD performs live together — this is only their second gig in 2024 — it just might be worth taking the plunge and heading to SF.

For more information, we have everything you need to know and more about System of a Down’s San Francisco concert below.

Dia De Los Deftones

The San Francisco one-off isn’t the only single-day blowout extravaganza for Deftones this year.

On Nov. 2, they’ll headline their annual Dia De Los Deftones Festival alongside Idles, Sunny Day Real Estate, Health, Paris Texas and Duster.
